This session will cover a variety of topics of interest for those at all stages of their career who are navigating the recruiting world as they seek new opportunities. We will provide an update on the current hiring environment and provide specific tips for "the over 50 crowd," those in transition, and recent MBA's. Topics will include working with recruiters, interviewing, negotiating an offer, and utilizing social media.

The program is designed to be very interactive with webinar participants. You'll be able to ask questions of our experts, Susan Rosenstein and Merle Tresser, MBA'81, (both of Susan Rosenstein Executive Search Limited), and get their advice directly. You will learn advice for developing valuable long-term relationships with the appropriate retained search executives, how retained search executives find top talent and what gets a candidate on their short list, how to make that important first impression, how limiting is relocation/non-relocation from a candidate and company perspective, and how to negotiate the best package.
